Our product primarily deals with financial planning and it was essential to create our own set icon set to represent complex financial planning situations.

My learnings include abiding the 8pt grid rule, how to export optimal svgs, keeping icons recognizable and minimal. I contribute the success of this project to this article by Scott Lewis on Smashing Magazine.
